To be perfectly honest, I`d rather you were ready to come up with your bare nails; But I don`t deny service to anyone. If your department requires the removal of acrylic from another nail technician, you must book a separate appointment for a distance service. In some cases, the tax may be included in your normal date, but this is at the discretion of the nail technique. We reserve the right to request a deposit for any booking online, by phone or in our lounge for future appointments. We reserve the right to determine the amount of these deposits on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion. The size of the deposit can be up to 100% of the sales value of the services booked anywhere. The down payments are not refundable. If you change your date up to one hour before the start, we will defer your deposit to your new time. If you change your date less than an hour before the start, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and keep your deposit. If you cancel your reservation at any time before the start time, you lose your deposit. If you cancel your appointment less than an hour before your appointment, you lose your down payment and you can request a non-refundable down payment for future bookings.
I take every minute of your appointment time to make sure your nails are PARFAITs!! If you`re late, you may not be able to get exactly what you wanted on your nails. If you are coming for the first time, please familiarize yourself with the area in time before your appointment. After being 15 minutes late, you must REPLANS and you will be fully charged and your deposit will be lost. If you are late, please LET ME KNOW AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE by calling the nail artist at (323) 230-0331. These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between you, “the user,” and Janea Nail Studio, which acts as Janea Ltd, for all stages of your interaction with our company; online and in-store. Any reference to Janea Nail Studio refers to Janea Nails – Waxing and vice versa. The life of your set depends on your lifestyle and how often you work with your hands. Any action or work involving intensive manual work has an impact on your attitude. On average, our clients have found that the lifespan of a set of nails is 2 weeks, but sometimes they lasted up to 5 weeks without apparent damage, except the natural growth of the nails. We are not responsible for the cracks, cracks or fractures that occur after you leave our premises.
