16.6.2 If the authorized number of computers is five (5) or less, the client can download the font software into the memory (hard drive or RAM) of an output device connected to at least one of these computers to have the font software in such an output device, and from another output device for every multiple of five, represented by the authorized number of computers. 16.8 Acrobat standard features, Acrobat Pro and Adobe Acrobat Suites. If the software contains Acrobat Standard, Acrobat Pro, Acrobat Suite or certain functions in the above software, this Section 16.8. 14.4 Is applicable Configuration Manager. Using the web player, especially Flash Player, allows the software to record certain user settings as a local shared object on your computer. These settings are not related to you, but can set up certain settings in Flash Player. If the software contains font software: 16.6.3 the customer can bring a copy of the fonts used by the Client for a particular file to a commercial printer or other service office, and such a service office can use the font or fonts for the processing of his file, provided that this service office has a valid license for the use of this specific font software.
Adobe and its suppliers own all of the software`s intellectual property. Adobe allows you to use the software only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The use of certain third-party hardware contained in the software may be subject to other terms, usually found in a separate license agreement, a “Read Me” file near these materials, or in the “additional software communications and/or general terms” of third parties found in www.adobe.com/go/thirdparty. 2.1.2.3 Subscription Edition. For subscription-based software (“Subscription Edition”), the customer can only install and use the subscription edition on the authorized number of compatible computers for the duration of the license. Subject to the authorized number of computers for subscription editing, Adobe may allow the customer to install and use the latest previous version of Subscription Edition and the latest version of the subscription edition on the same computer for the duration of the license. The customer agrees that Adobe can change the type of software at any time (for example. B some components, versions, platforms, languages, etc.) subscription edition and is not held responsible for these changes. Current access to a subscription edition requires: (a) a recurring Internet connection to activate, renew and validate the license; b) receipt of recurring subscriptions by Adobe or its authorized reseller, and (c) customer consent to the subscription terms and other additional terms and conditions available at www.adobe.com/go/paymentterms or at the time of purchase.
